TL: Ingle Vineyard (on Canandaigua Lake) and the Heron bHill Estate/b Vineyard (on Keuka Lake) do match many of the criteria for ?classic? terroir definition. I can only begin to humbly approach their description because of the intimate knowledge I have with the b.../b Riesling is considered one of, if not the most, noble bwhite/b variety known to man. Why mess around with anything inferior? On the local stage, many great whites and reds with personality are being made and sold. b.../b
